Very noisy images even at iso 80. Images barely usable for small prints at iso 200. Iso 400 and above image noise is unacceptable. Excessive purple fringing at the outer edges. Canon could have done a better job on the lens. Canon is no longer a camera company but an electronics company. Marketing departments shouldn't design cameras. Good battery life but AA's make it a bit heavy. Image Stabilization works very well.
